3) How to post a free ad or post an item for sale in my free online store?

If you are a new user then click on the New user registration button on top and create a user account. We will send you an activation email to email address you have provided during the registration. Check your email and click on the verification link to activate your account. Existing already registered users click on the Login link and login. Once you login then click on Post free ads button from the top. Then select the ad type that suits your need. Then select an appropriate category to list an ad and enter the ad title, region and description. Provide the item price and available item quanity if you are planning to sell an item. Then click Post ad. Then you will have an option to add pictures and photos to the ad. Your ad will show up immediately in the category you have selected. You can manage ads by clicking Member Area

4) How to edit or delete my ads?

5) How long an ad will be displayed? How to renew an ad listing after 90 days?

Your ad will be displayed for 90 days. Three days before the ad expiration date you will receive an email notification about the expiration of your ad. We do this only to make sure that user is still interested in keeping the ad online. Once you receive this email login to InstantFinder.com and access your member area. Click the Manage my ads link from the left menu. You will see an option to renew ad for another 90 days. Then click update. You ad will be renewed for 90 more days.

6) How much it will cost?

It is absolutely free to post unlimited number of ads or unlimited number of items for sale in your free online store.

Sellers
There is no listing fees, upfront fees or monthly fees! You can freely list unlimited number of products for unlimited days in your free online store! If you sell a product on Instantfinder, we will charge you 5.9% of the transaction value. We will hold your payment for 15 days. Once buyer acknowledges that buyer is happy with the product, or 15 days after you ship product, we will send you the net proceeds to your PayPal account. Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fees. Seller has the option to offer free shipping or charge the shipping fees from the buyer.

Buyers
Buyers just have to pay the cost of the item they purchased and any applicable shipping fees. At InstantFinder.com buyers can shop and buy items with peace of mind. With our buyer protection plan buyer always has the option to return the product with in 2 days of delivery to get 100% money back. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return product to the seller with in 2 days, and notify the seller as well as us. Buyer is responsible for paying any shipping fees to return the product. Once return the product back to the seller buyer has to provide traceability information for return shipment to seller as well as us. Otherwise, after 15 days, we will pay seller.

7) Who will pay the shipping fees?

Buyer is responsible for paying any shipping fees. Seller has the option to offer free shipping or include shipping fees at the time of product checkout.

Buyer is responsible for paying any shipping fees required to return the product back to the seller while returning the product.

8) Selling process: How users can list any product for sale in the free online store at InstantFinder?

Step 1
List your item by creating a new ad by clicking Post free ads button from the top menu. Specify the item price and the available quantity and other details such as ad title, description, region etc

Step 2
When someone buys your item we will send you a notification email. Then you have to ship your item to the buyer with in 24 hrs using a shipping method with a tracking number

Step 3
Logon to InstantFinder.com and click on the My sales link from the left menu
Click on the action link against the order number.
Enter the shipment tracking number and click Update tracking number
That's it. Now you have to wait for the buyer to acknowledge the receipt of the item. Once the buyer receives the item, buyer will have to change the status of the order as Delivered. With in 15 days of the order we will make the payment to your paypal account after deducting our commission as described in the seller fee section above

9) Buying process: How users can buy products from InstantFinder stores?

Step 1
Add the item to the shopping cart by clicking Buy this item link

Step 2
When you are ready to check out and make the payment click on the Checkout button from the top shopping cart. Verify the price and the quantity of the items you plan to buy. Click Checkout. Provide your shipping address details and click Confirm and Buy now. Provide your credit cart details or login to PayPal and make the payment. Please be assured that the transaction will be 100% safe and secured. We will hold your payment for 15 days and will NOT immediately transfer your payment to the seller. This is to make sure that buyer receives the item in good condition as promised. If the buyer is not happy for any reason please ship the product back to the seller with in 2 days using a shipping method with a tracking number. Then notify the seller and support@InstantFinder.com. With in 24 hrs after seller acknowledged the receipt of the returned item we shall make a 100% refund to the buyer.

Step 3
Buyer can track the status of the order by login to InstantFinder.com and click on My orders link from the left menu. Once you receive your order item please change the status of your order as Delivered by clicking the Action link against the order

10) Order cancellation/Product return policy

Premium ad purchase price return policy: For any reason if the user is not happy with our premium ad packages then user should email us at support@InstantFinder.com requesting for a refund with in 24 hours of making the payment then we shall issue 100% refund of the user's payment.

Store item return policy: If the buyer is not happy for any reason please ship the product back to the seller with in 2 days using a shipping method with a tracking number. Then notify the seller and support@InstantFinder.com. With in 24 hrs after seller acknowledged the receipt of the returned item we shall make a 100% refund to the buyer.

11) How InstantFinder.com plans to protect buyers and sellers from fraud?

Buyers protection
When a buyer purchases an item from InstantFinder.com online stores, buyer's payment will not get immediately transferred to the store owner/seller. Buyer's payment gets transferred to InstantFinder.com's escrow account. Sellers get the payment only after buyer acknowledges the receipt of the item and buyer is satisfied with the product. If the buyer is not satisfied with the product with in 2 days buyer should ship the product back to the seller using a trackable shipment method and needs to notify the seller and support@instantFinder.com. Once seller acknowledges the receipt of the return product we shall provide a 100% refund to the buyer.

Sellers protection
InstantFinder.com protects seller by making sure that buyer's payment is transferred to InstantFinder.com's escrow account before instructing seller to ship the product to the buyer.

12) What is a premium ad?

Premium ad allows a user to display one thumbnail photo of the ad along with a small description in the premium ad section in a random order for 30 days. Premium ad section is the prime section appears in our home page and in the right most side of every page. Visit sample premium ad to see how a premium ad looks like. The price for one premium ad package is US $0.99.

From the ad posting page users can upload up to 5 photos/pictures to InstantFinder.

Also, users can click on the picture icon from the ad editor to include unlimited number of pictures hosted on other sites such as Flicker.com, Photobucket.com etc.

15) How to include a YouTube video in an ad?

While composing the ad, users can provide the YouTube video link in the YouTube Video link field.

While composing the ad, users can provide the slideshow links hosted at Slide.com or Rockyou.com

17) Where is my free online store? How to manage my free online store?

If you have listed an item for sale by providing the item price, quantity and opted to add to your online store for free then you can see your storefront by clicking the My store link from the top right menu.

18) What is a premium user?

Also, we will NOT display any premium ads in the right hand side premium ad section of the premium store.

To show your ad or store anywhere, copy the embed code you see in the bottom of every ad page and store page then include the code to any page where you wish to show the ad or store.
