- Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
- Relate to sales of (a) narcotics, steroids, certain controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety, (b) drug paraphernalia, (c) items that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity, (d) items that promote hate, violence, racial intolerance, or the financial exploitation of a crime, (e) items that are considered obscene, (f) items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction, (g) certain sexually oriented materials or services, or (h) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or (i) ,certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law.
- Relate to transactions that (a) show the personal information of third parties in violation of applicable law, (b) support pyramid or ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other .get rich quick. schemes or certain multi-level marketing programs, (c) are associated with purchases of real property, annuities or lottery contracts, lay-away systems, off-shore banking or transactions to finance or refinance debts funded by a credit card, (d) are for the sale of certain items before the seller has control or possession of the item, (e) are by payment processors to collect payments on behalf of merchants, (f), are associated with the following Money Service Business activities: the sale of traveler.s checks or money orders, currency exchanges or check cashing,or (g) provide certain credit repair or debt settlement services.
- Involve the sales of products or services identified by government agencies to have a high likelihood of being fraudulent violate applicable laws or industry regulations regarding the sale of (a) tobacco products, or (b) prescription drugs and devices involve gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, sports betting, horse or greyhound racing, lottery tickets, other ventures that facilitate gambling, games of skill (whether or not it is legally defined as a lottery) and sweepstakes.
- Post SPAM, fraudulent, work from home, multi level marketing ads.

InstantFinder, Inc. reserves the right to make any type of changes including policies, pricings etc at any time. Neither InstantFinder.com nor any providers of information make any warranties,express or implied, as to results to be obtained from use of such information,and make no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use. Neither InstantFinder.com nor any of providers of information shall have any liability for the accuracy of the information contained in the service, or the contents of any advertisements, or for assertions or omissions therein. No party shall be liable to any other partyor any third-party for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including,but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages. InstantFinder.com reserves the right to remove any listings or any advertisements for any reason. In no case shall InstantFinder.com be liable for any costs or events that occur beyond its control including, but not limited to, network outages, Internet connectivity problems and client side browser issues, internet scams and frauds.
The following disclaimer and terms of use apply generally to all posting and usages on the InstantFinder.com web site.
You are entirely responsible and liable for all your postings and your usage on InstantFinder.com. Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in InstantFinder.com deleting your postings. You agree not to do any of the following requests while posting ad(s) to InstantFinder.com:
- Post SPAM, fraudulent, work from home, multi level marketing ads.
- Harass, threaten, embarrass or slander any person or entity.
- Transmit via InstantFinder.com any information, data, text, files, links, software, chat, communication or other materials (“content”) that InstantFinder.com considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, sexual, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate in InstantFinder.com any business or person, living or dead.
- Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing InstantFinder.com or in connection with your use of InstantFinder.com in any manner.
- Any affiliate Ads, multilevel marketing or links popularity.

Intellectual property

By submitting content to InstantFinder.com you automatically grant or warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted InstantFinder.com the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusiveright and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any Rights that may exist in such content.
InstantFinder may use your store's name, logo, and publicly-viewable content, for its marketing and promotional purposes.
Disclaimer of warranties
You expressly agree that use of InstantFinder.com is at your own risk.
InstantFinder.com shall not be responsible to you for any content found on InstantFinder.com. InstantFinder.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. InstantFinder.com makes no warranty that InstantFinder.com will be timely, secure, error free, or meet your requirements; nor does InstantFinder.com make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of InstantFinder.com or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through InstantFinder.com. No advice or information, whether oral or written obtained by you from InstantFinder.com shall create a warranty not expressly made herein. You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of InstantFinder.com is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer or loss of data that results in the downloads of such content. To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, InstantFinder.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use InstantFinder.com or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained through your use of the InstantFinder.com. InstantFinder reserves the right to remove and/or reclaim any username or account at any time for any reason.
Store Refund policy
Refer to the seller's refund policy given on the item description page or under store policies in the seller's store. Make sure you read and understand the policies before making any purchase. InstantFinder acts as a venue to allow users who comply with InstantFinder's policies to offer, sell and buy goods within a fixed-price format. InstantFinder is not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, InstantFinder has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. InstantFinder does not pre-screen users or the content or information provided by users. InstantFinder cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.
Consequently, InstantFinder does not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer. InstantFinder cannot guarantee the true identity, age, and nationality of a user. InstantFinder encourages you to communicate directly with potential transaction partners through the tools available on the site. You may also wish to consider using a third-party escrow service or services that provide additional user verification.
You agree that InstantFinder is a venue and as such is not responsible or liable for any content, for example, data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, items, and links posted by you, other users, or outside parties on InstantFinder. You use the InstantFinder service at your own risk.
However, you may choose to contact InstantFinder customer support in the following cases;
1.In case of item not received within the specified time mentioned by the seller in the listing and other communications through InstantFinder.
2.In case of items you have received is not as described by the seller in the listing.
InstantFinder will try to resolve the dispute but it does not guarantee you a refund. We reserve right to fix any processing errors we discover by debiting or crediting the payment method used for the erroneous transaction.
Buyers still have options to continue with PayPal dispute resolution system if they paid using a PayPal account or file a chargeback if they paid using a credit card. Once a buyer selects a system, PayPal or Credit card, they are required to use that system for the duration of the case.
